Account Deletion Policy

At UNP Education, we value the privacy and security of our users. Our Account Deletion Policy outlines the process and procedures for users who wish to delete their accounts from our platform.
1. Account Deletion Request
Users can initiate an account deletion request through the following methods:
Mobile App:

  • Step-1: Login with Google/ Sign in with Email.
  • Step-2: Go to My Profile section by clicking the top left corner circle icon.
  • Step-3: Scroll Down and find the “Deactivate Account” button.
  • Step-4: After clicking that button you will get a pop up of confirmation.
  • Step-5: If you want to deactivate your Account, then click on the “I am sure” button.
  • Step-6: You are finished with the process of your account deactivation.

Web Platform:

    • Step-1: Login with Google / Sign in with Email.
    • Step-2: Go to Edit Profile section by clicking the top right corner profile icon.
    • Step-3: Scroll Down and find the “Deactivate Account” button.
    • Step-4: After clicking that button you will get a pop up of confirmation.
    • Step-5: If you want to deactivate your Account, then click on the “Deactivate” button.
    • Step-6: You are finished with the process of your account deactivation.

2. Verification Process
For security purposes, we may require users to verify their identity before processing the account deletion request. This verification process may include confirming personal information or using account-specific credentials.

3. Consequences of Account Deletion
Upon successful account deletion:
All personal information, including account details, user-generated content, and associated data, will be permanently removed from our system.
Access to course progress, learning history, and any saved content will be lost and cannot be recovered after deletion.
Users will be unsubscribed from any newsletters or promotional emails automatically.

4. Timeline for Account Deletion
Once a valid account deletion request is received and verified, we aim to complete the deletion process within 60 days. The actual duration may vary based on technical requirements and verification processes.

5. Exceptions
Certain data might be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes even after account deletion. These exceptions have been communicated transparently in our .Privacy Policy

7. Changes to the Policy
